osx installation of 4.3.4-91027 fails

Seems there is a problem with installing kernel extensions. Could you please attach /var/log/system.log? Btw, what OS X version do you use?

Seems something was messed up in my maverick session. I logged out, logged back in and installation went flawless.

Am encountering the same issue as reported earlier by guivho. Am running OS X Mavericks 13" 8GB Memory 256GB SSD.

When I initially encountered this issue, i restarted and later logged out of my system when ever issue got encountered but issue still persisted. Pls find below an extract from the logs below:

Which version of VirtualBox are you trying to install?

I'd like to add that this is not the same issue. Since you have the following in installation log, I'd suggest you to check your system:
