With Linux Mint guest, 3D acceleration makes the title bar disappear and causes mouse position displacement

Description
For Linux Mint 16 guest, after enabling 3D hardware acceleration, the title bar disappears and the mouse has a displacement on the vertical direction (a displacement of the height of the title bar). If 3D acceleration is disabled, everything works well.
