Add Atom CPUs support

Hi,

I have a guest kernel linux setup with CONFIG_MATOM. VBox refuses to init the kernel. It's saying:

" This kernel requires the following features not present on the CPU: movbe "

I think VBox needs to support this very specific Atom flags. Could this be implemented?

MOVBE is a instruction only present on Atom CPUs. The guest kernel is 3.10.11.

Any improvement with the most recent 5.0 test build? Actually I don't understand VBox refuses to init the kernel.. Is this a message from the guest kernel when you try to boot the kernel?

Or even better, test VBox 5.0.10.
