VPN ATnT client hangs after upgrade from 4.2.12 to 4.3.2

Description
Fedora 18 + ATnT Global Network Client v.2.0.1.3003
- With VirtualBox 4.2.12 VPN worked fine.
- After upgrade to 4.3.2 it hangs during "Sending authentication request to <IP>". Running top shows that process smx_auth consumes whole CPU.
- Downgrading to 4.2.12 fixes the issue.
