"Automatically Move pointer to the default button in a dialog box" settings not working

Description
I am using Windows XP Professional x32 as the guest OS and Windows 7 Professional x64 as the Host OS. Even after I enable "Automatically Move pointer to the default button in a dialog box" option inside mouse settings on Guest, it is not moving the pointer to the default button.
I enabled the option for host OS also. It is working fine.

Works as designed. The guest must not be able to move the host mouse pointer for security reasons.
