video driver performance for windows xp as a guest is not satisfactory.pl provide me some information regarding this issue.

I am afraid that it will be rather hard to provide more information unless you provide information about what information we should provide. What is not satisfactory about the performance? Could you please tell us more about your usage case?
Note that we are already putting considerable effort - all the developer time we have available for this - into improving video driver performance.
