Virtual Machine hangs when using multiple USB Cameras

Description
I am using Virtualbox 4.2.16 in Ubuntu 13.04 and I experience no problems when I use a single USB Camera, but when I try using two USB Cameras (for example, for stereo camera processing) the Virtual Machine hangs and I have to reboot the host in order to use it again. This has happened in both Windows and Linux guests.
