Guest display does not refresh properly

Description
Host Windows 7 "Preview" displays normally in Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager while the Guest (Windows XP) display does not refresh properly. Have tried disabling 3D acceleration. Tickets 11054, 11722 & 11820 might be related although they involve different hosts or guests. Vbox.log attached

Oops, forgot to mention that this issue does not occur with earlier versons of VirtualBox (such as 4.0.0), so I don't urgently need a fix. Thanks
