Failed to install VBoxNetFlt.inf

Description
After upgraded from 4.2.10 to 4.2.12(WinXP SP3 Pro), no network adapter listed. Some one said Uninstall & Reinstall will work, I tried, the PC in office works again(retried once), but the home one didn't yet(retried several times combinated with reboots). Then I searched EzDriverSetup(with VC6 source codes), it can install VBoxNetFltM.inf, but failed with VBoxNetFlt.inf. The failure lies in CDriverSetupHelper::InstallRootEnumeratedDriver() when call UpdateDriverForPlugAndPlayDevices(), error code 0xe000002b(ERROR_NO_SUCH_DEVINST). If call SetupDiRegisterDeviceInfo() just after SetupDiCreateDeviceInfo(), all things OK.

modified EzDriverSetup src & binary, it can install the driver of WinXP SP3 Pro

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
