Description
I cannot provide any dumps or logs as i deleted them while trying some clean installs and never got a log not i know how to get the minidump, and the link above to the faq does not exist.
Problem is I cannot start VirtualBox at all. This is after enabling virtualisation in BIOS and I see this error when i try to start it. Also I have installed Vagrant after Virtualbox. The VM i needed to run through Vagrant/VirtualBox required virtualisation enabled in Bios.
Callee RC: CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005)
The screenshot shows it is a COM related error or similar. I have seen a lot of tickets with the same error. Not sure why so many tickets can be related with the same error but I definitely cannot get it to work despite the suggestions i have seen in the other tickets.
I am using
- virtualbox 4.2.12
- running win7 on i7-3520 with 6GB or ram 64bits
I have tried to
- regress the versions up to 4.1.x latest but it broght up other problems
- cleared up the whole .VirtualBox folder containing XMLs and so on between re-installs but made no difference.
- i tried to run re-installs and repairs with admin user
- I have also then run the uninstall with Perfect Uninstaller but this made no difference.
I am totally lost and cannot work anymore until i can figure out whats happening. Also I tried to pop in the IRC chat but nobody is answering there either

What i mean when i say i cannot provide the logs is that now when i run VirtualBox either by clicking or from the command line i dont get any logs generated and the .VirtualBox folder is not created
