Can't mount shared folder

Description
On VBox 4.2.12-84980,
showvminfo gives:
SharedFolderNameMachineMapping1="/vagrant"
But when I run
mount -t vboxsf -o uid=id -u vagrant,gid=id -g vagrant /vagrant /vagrant
I get the error
/sbin/mount.vboxsf: mounting failed with the error: No such device
