NAT lost ICMP-replies in ptunnel

Description
I run ptunnel client on guest with NAT. Ptunnel server send multiple ICMP-replies on every ICMP-request. But only one replie passes from NAT. Othe replies drops.
Ptunnel organized by command ptunnel -p 10.1.1.101 -lp 19 -da 127.0.0.1 -dp 19 on guest
And data requested by command nc 127.0.0.1 19 on guest
Tcpdump log from host and guest attached.

IP adresses
10.0.2.15 (guest)-->10.0.2.2 & 10.0.255.1 (host) ---> 10.1.1.101 (ptunnel server)
