Install Failing on OS X 10.7.5 — at Initial Version

Description
Receiving the following error when attempting to install VirtualBox 4.2.10, have attempted to install 4.2.8 and 4.2.6 with same problem.
The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacture for assistance.
