Guest's access to SSE/MMX/etc. CAN'T be disabled

Description
BeOS, for example, does not work at all on AMD processors because of some bug in BeOS about AMD's SSE implementation. Running the same VM on a computer with an Intel processor solves the problem, but I'd like to be able to run VirtualBox on computers with AMD processors.
With AMD-V enabled, BeOS hangs. Without it, I get a "guru meditation" message.
Can we please have an option in the VM settings to disable the guest's access to SSE and other processor acceleration features?

But there's no way to change it from the GUI, and the AMD manuals on AMD-V say nothing about any of those options disabling SSE.

There will be no GUI option as this is only for experienced users. And for the CPU features, just check the documentation for the CPUID CPU instruction.

Restricting the capability of the virtual CPUs is already possible. Have a look at the user manual section 8.8.5 (Teleportation settings) and look for --cpuid. Don't worry about the section title.
