Seems I messed up in posting.

EDIT:

Oh BTW mine is a second VM. The first VM was moved from another machine and works fine.

Thanx

I'm having the same problem. I have reinstalled the linux, the VM 3 times once using ubuntu and twice using term. 1st term install had same result, so used 'apt-get purge' and 'apt-get install'. 2nd term install had same result, used 'apt-get update', 'apt-get upgrade' then installed.

This is the same as ticket 10430 where I left a screen shot of the 'apt-get' install showing the process that failed. The problem does not seem to be the machine not being created but no being setup in the kernel.

More: I'm using Linux and trying to create a Win7 VM. I get the same error messages every time.
