According to the following, the Guest Additions ISO included with VirtualBox-4.2.10-84104-Win.exe is not an ISO 9660:
linux% md5sum VBoxGuestAdditions.iso 52f3ac46e0fa453cf8607b34fa2bdebe VBoxGuestAdditions.iso linux%isoinfo -i VBoxGuestAdditions.iso CD-ROM is NOT in ISO 9660 format

Sorry again :( The server didn't catch up the new package for some reason. I've replace the package with version 4.2.10-81105 which is now available.
