OpenSuse 11.3 and 11.4 64 bits guest kernel crash on Mac OS X 10.7 host since VBox 4.2.6

Description
OpenSUSE 11.3 and 11.4 64 bits were running well with VirtualBox 4.2.4. I upgraded to 4.2.6 and and both VMs crashed at early boot. I tried VBox 4.2.8, and still crash. I downgraded VirtualBox to 4.2.4 and VMs run again. Note that OpenSUSE 11.3 and 11.4 32 bits are still running with VBox 4.2.6 and 4.2.8 . I tried with an iMac 27" core i5 16 Go and a Macbook Pro core i5 8Go, both are running Mac OS X 10.7.5, and same result on both hosts.
