Shared Folders: Unicode files not visible in RHEL3 guest

Description
Host: Windows 7 x64 + VBox 4.2.8
Guest: RHEL 3.9, 32-bit
Shared Folders can't recognize Unicode with RHEL3 guest. Those files are simply invisible. Note sure if this is a VirtualBox bug, or RHEL3 bug.
