Dual monitor, switching host screens in full screen mode

Description
VirtualBox main menu (from I can add new devices, install guest additions...) is disappearing from Guest machine when switching the application to be displayed on the other monitor (when in full screen). Only solution is to exit from full screen and return.
Host OS win 7 64-bit ultimate, guest is Win XP 32-bit pro sp3.
Host machine CPU intel i5 2500k, GPU Geforce 450gts, RAM 4gb DDR3. Guest has installed additions. Program Version 4.2.6r82870

Also, monitors are hooked on DVI & HDMI-2-DVI ports on the gpu, and both are Phillips model 22IV
