VERR_PGM_PHYS_PAGE_RESERVED installing Linux 64 bit guest on Win7 64 bit host

Description

I am trying to install a Debian Wheezy 64 bit guest OS on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit host. The hardware is a Samsung notebook with Intel Core i7 64-bit quad core with hardware acceleration enabled (VT-x). VBox is version 4.2.6. All my 32-bit guests install and run just fine. Some research I did on the forum suggested disabling nested paging which I did but it still stops before installation even really gets started with the critical error.

I also tried installing Debian Squeeze 64 bit guest with the same error. I have attached a zipped archive of my VBox log.

Actually you are using the wrong installation medium. You are supposed to use the AMD64 medium while you are using the IA64 medium which is for Intel Itanium. The next major release will contain a better sanity check.

Ahh, didn't know about that, obviously. Thank you for checking into it for me.
