I got guru meditation error and i can't do anything with my CentOS 6.3 vm,

VERR_VMX_IN_VMX_ROOT_MODE -- there are two possible reasons:
- You run another VMM in parallel to VirtualBox, that will not work. The Windows compatibility mode starts also another VMM (Hyper-V).
- Your host BIOS might require an update.
