Bug guest Windows 8 & Intel HD 4000

Description

Constantly shows bugs. In VirtualBOX installed guest OS Windows 8 x86. Bugs look like - black screen or crashes pieces Windows 8. I used Intel Core i7-3770, latest video drivers.

Ubuntu 12.10 - also - BUG to video. flashes all.
