WinXP Pro network issue

Hello. This is my problem: I run a Windows XP Pro SP3 as a host, have installed the latest VirtualBox version (VirtualBox 4.2.4 for Windows hosts). But every time i run it, my internet connection gets disconnected. I tried this using both Cable and Wireless connections. I've tried numerous types of network configuration on Host and VirtualBox settings. Installed and re-installed VirtualBox numerous times too. Nothing, still the same problem, every time i run it, it crashes my internet connection. Why does this happens? Can it be fixed?

Could you please attach the log file? What kind detection do you use for qualifying internet connection state?
