VirtualBox4.2.4 produces audio errors with Ubuntu13.04 Raring

Description
I have installed VirtualBox4.2.4 on A Ubuntu 12.10 System with the package for Quantal you provide(64bit) on your download page.
After running a distribution upgrade for this system to Ubuntu13.04 Raring(developoment branch) on every VM start a Audio error is thrown(here I have used Xubuntu13.04 64bit for example).
The error is called: HostAudioNotResponding
A Screenshot of the error window will be attached.

Looks to me like your PulseAudio setup is incomplete. Or Ubuntu made an incompatible change.

It may be due to the upgrade install since this is still in alpha. My full install works fine.
