Network Bridge Problem

Description
Hi all,
I am using the latest version of Virtual Box 4.122 German, guest additions are installed. My host system is running Win 7 Ultimate. Since my "old" virtual XP Pro has crashed, I had to install a "new" virtual XP Pro. When I try to connect to the network, I can only do so through NAT. However, I need to do this through Network Bridging, as I need this VM as a PC in the network. I have also tried from another PC, same problem.
Even a PING to my DHCP router is not possible.
Are there any specific settings I need to do to make it work? Thx in advance for a quick responce.
