Description
A critical error occured while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped. Please find the attached vbox.log file

Either your host has a broken BIOS (a BIOS upgrade could help) or you run another VMM in parallel to VirtualBox (e.g. Hyper-V or the Windows XP compatibility mode).
