Kernel Panic on Mountain Lion after Sleeping

Description

Repro Steps:

  1. Start up MBP on Mountain Lion.
  2. Start a VM in VirtualBox (linux if it matters)
  3. Close lid of computer
  4. Allow computer to sleep
  5. Open lid
  6. Note that the password prompt displays
  7. Within seconds, the machine will kernel panic

Still reproducible with VBox 4.1.22 / 4.2.1?
