VBox 4.1.16 freezes when adding Extension Pack

Description
I had VBox 3.2.10 and reinstalled it to 4.1.16. Then I got Ext Pack version 78094. I run VBox on WinXP with last updates. When I add extension pack (File-Options-Extensions), VBox freezes. Anyway, in Windows Task Manager it is seen that VBox is running. I can leave it for 10 minutes but nothing happen.
