Allow VM to copy text from console like Putty it does

Description
- Release mouse from terminal pressing HOST key (Right CTRL)
- Allow user to select text in console
- The selected text starts to be available in buffer HOST OS
- User now can CTRL+V in Notepad.exe for example
and vice-versa:
- User CTRL+C text in HOST OS
- Activate window of GUEST OS, but release mouse from terminal
- Right CLICK
- Copied text is going to typing in terminal
