Missing build number in Extension Pack URL

I just updated from 4.1.6 to 4.1.8 and the GUI nicely asked me if I wanted to upgrade my obsolete Extension Pack. However, it wasn't able to correctly download the file. The URL is wrong, it's missing the build.
