critical error crash - occurs sometimes when virtualpc 2007 run

Description
this occurs sometimes when I start virtual pc 2007 (did it on win7x32 as well, now on win7x64). Also now using hardware virtualization whereas on x32 was not.

it's happening quite often now that I have to fire up virtualpc 2007 and virtualbox running win7 x32 (on win7 x64 host). Tends to happen just as VPC is booting (if I reboot the VPC it's been causing that critical error on virtualbox).

We cannot change this behavior and it is actually not a VirtualBox bug. If you start a VM with VT-x enabled, the CPU has to enter the VMX root mode. The root mode can only be used by one application so you cannot start VirtualBox and another VMM in parallel.
