Unfortunately I can't help with the Oracle SSO account itself - as I 
mentioned previously I have no contact to the team responsible for it. 
They're putting great effort into making themselves invisible.

Unfortunately I can't help you there. I'd also love to know what's going 
on when some user reports that something stopped working at the SSO 
level, but it's a completely black box for me.

Wait... if your new Oracle SSO account uses the same email address then 
it should automatically work. Did you try? If anything asks for a new 
nick then it's not the same email address as before.
