[vbox-dev] Seems like I lost access to my Oracle account

So what happened is this:
Someone stolen my Oracle SSO account, and even unregistered my email
(since "Forgot Password" button didn't work).
But how ? And when ? -- When did my old account stopped function? And
why did I get Zero email notifications that my account was removed or
closed or moved to another email ?
I have created a new Oracle SSO account for the very same email
account + a new password. My new acc has the same (this) email.
I think Oracle should research this case, as it is deeply concerning.
There is a security breach somewhere at Oracle that lets the hackers
to takeover accounts, without any notification ever sent.

Please link my forum account to the new Oracle account. (can I get an
ID of an old account and of a new account ? And the date when my email
was "unlinked" from my old Oracle account ?)
