[vbox-dev] Links to ExtPack downloads are not the revision-numbered ones

Assume someone compiled an OSE Virtualbox. Revision will not match with
extpack and official Virtualbox.
Virtualbox will start complaining and give warnings about wrong ext pack
version.
This trick, removal of revision, solves the warning problem.
