Hello,
I really don't know what happened here, but I found a probably working patch for ticket:

based on the comment I found on debian tracker:

basically, the patch is to do exactly the same for PC32 and PLT32 relocations, the same as the kernel

did.

thanks for considering it, I uploaded it in unstable some seconds ago, so

I'll know if anything else breaks soon.
