 The only requirement should be nested paging (aka RVI in AMD-speak), so that translates to any AMD CPU less than about 10 years old.

Just noticed in the 6.0.0 User Manual (p. 256) VBox now has hardware
assisted nested virtualization support for AMD parts.  Can anyone
provide details on specific processor SKUs (or families) and related
firmware requirements (if any)?
