[vbox-dev] Enabling logging in R0 context

Luca,

enabling the log "earlier" can only be done by changing the source code
and there might be side effects, ie there is probably a reason why the
log file is opened a bit later. Sorry for this unspecific answer, but
currently I have no time to debug this.
