Hi, you might find useful some code I contributed to the killerbee project

https://code.google.com/p/killerbee/source/browse/branches/bleeding/tools/zbinterface

it should work with TinyOS IIRC, and it gives you a virtual interface bridged with the mote (telosb IIRC) USB-connected.

If I read correctly the question this is what you need, right?
