[vbox-dev] building virtualbox, guest additions installation

Hi Max,

try "kmk packing" -- that generates the required installers for the
host and the guest, depending on in which directory you issue the
command. For cross-building you also can specify the desired target
architecture, that is, BUILD_TARGET_ARCH=x86 for building the x86
(IA32, 32-Bit) installers (and Guest Additions .ISO) and =amd64 for
the 64-bit (AMD64) pendants.
