[vbox-dev] Virtual box USB filter drivers do not work with Windows 10

Dear sir,
Thank You very much for Yours advice. I have made a mistake, that i have 
chosen add The filter from device. I did not know, that empty filter can 
be also used for The communication.

I have found out, that Oracle Vmvirtual box is working stable with 
Windows 10. So excellent job.
