[vbox-dev] VirtualBox msi options

Hi Mathieu,
Running the installation as:

VirtualBox-4.3.10-93012-Win.exe --silent --msiparams REBOOT=ReallySuppress

should give the same effect to the MSI installation as running it manually
with /norestart
