Also you can ask in 
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&component=VirtualBox
to us add --enable-vnc in rpm custom package of VirtualBox, I tried ,
but we need extras libs , and don't had time , yet, to do that .
