Sergey already explained this in his mail from 17th. His explanation 
accurately describes the situation why not everything is translated. 
This is expected behavior, so repeating this (whether it's called 
discussion or not) will not change anything.

Short to medium term this behavior will remain unless some very 
important customer pushes for a solution or someone is willing to 
contribute code which implements the miracle of having localized error 
messages in the GUI, but keeps the English error messages in the log files.
