Too old? It has been updated quite recently, and we heard that several 
people successfully built VirtualBox using this information, both 32 bit 
and 64 bit versions (the latter is harder due to code signing).

VirtualBox has a very very long list of prerequisites, so it is hard to 
compile on Windows, but the information should be accurate.
