[vbox-dev] Patch: Specify listen IP when using vnc support in VBoxHeadless

This patch adds a new option to VBoxHeadless when compiled with VNC
support, to set the local IP address to bind the VNC server to. I've
used the -q option, because it was the next free option after m and n...

I release the patch under the MIT license, so it can be included in
VirtualBox.

Best regards,
