[vbox-dev] Documenting VirtualBox Limits

Sometime ago I wrote a bit about VBox limits here:

I'd like to take this a step further and integrate into "User Manual".

Why?
Few reasons:
1. competitors do this (Red Hat KVM, MS Hyper-V and VMw ESX at least,
maybe more...)
2. Wikipedia doesn't believe me regarding to vbox limits. They type in
incorrect data and refuse to fix it, due to lack of official data.
