[vbox-dev] [Patch] "vboxshell.py" fix for Windows hosts

After testing VirtualBox python on Windows host, I found two bugs:

1. terminal colors on Windows Vista/7 must be disabled by default,
this patch fixes garbage on those platforms

2. We must check for pywin32 version. This fixes VBox bug #8605
