I will have to see if/where I can get a copy of RHL9, but when I find
time I will start by looking at Debian 3.1 which should be easier to get
hold of; with luck fixing that will fix both.

Regarding your follow-up mail, I probably forgot to mention that I found
and fixed the problem with 64bit X.Org on RHEL/CentOS 3.
