[vbox-dev] problem when selecting new virtual drive location

I now have the answer my own question. My distribution package set
both UID to /usr/lib/VirtualBox/VirtualBox. Setting owner to root and
UID seems confuse Qt's file save dialogue when calling the KDE file
save dialogue.
