[vbox-dev] build dep package

Seems like a find replace and removing the _ (underscore) from _OSE does 
the trick. Not pretty but it does prove the fact that the newer dpkg 
just does not like the _ (underscore) in the version name VBOX_OSE.  It 
might work with a - (hyphen) but it does not like a ~(tilde) at all.  
Complains a lot about blank space in macro.
